Membership Fees

Sports Performance:

ELITE SPORT SPECIFIC

(Days, Times, and Fees will vary for each athlete)

 

HIGH SCHOOL
4 Days per week $150 per month ($400 / 3 months)

 

MIDDLE SCHOOL
3 Days per week $100 per month ($275 / 3 months)

 

ELEMENTARY
2 Days per week $75 per month ($200 / 3 months)

 

SPEED DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

$50 per month (1 day per week; included in certain SPT packages

 

WRESTLING- ALL AGES (Flat rate)
$50 per month ($125 / 3 months)
*Club rates vary during season *Includes Warrior Period

 

PORT CITY PIRATES WRESTLING CLUB
Season begins Nov. 16th and ends March 13th.

$50 per month or $150 for the 4 month season.

*Sport performance Training Packages available for both Middle and Elementary school.

 

UNCW WRETLING CLUB $50 per month

 

POWER LIFTING: $75 per month
Power lifting sessions are available four nights a week at a scheduled time. Join the "Hell City Barbell" lifting team and compete in tournaments.

Sports Performance Training: There are four different classes of strength and conditioning all varying in range of age, days per week, cost, and types of program. The high school, middle school, and elementary programs are designed for group training sessions that work on flexibility, agility, strength, speed and overall mental toughness. Elite Sport Specific sessions are designed to meet the needs of each athlete on an individual basis. Athletes will take part in a pre-assessment to gauge their strengths and weaknesses, to determine the best training regiment possible for them to obtain and surpass their goals. Days, times, and fees will vary for each athlete and their training program.

 

Wrestling: Three decorated wrestling coaches, plus a plethora of former wrestlers ranging from high school state qualifiers to collegiate All-Americans, provide technical training to wrestlers who want to learn everything from basic drills to some of the highest level skills. Sessions are subject to change during wrestling season (November to March). See reverse side for club details.  more..

 

Warrior Periods: Thirty minute, intensive training sessions designed specifically to meet full body workout for individual sports. Period combines several methods of training all in one session.
