What is a Personal Trainer?

Personal trainers are educated and certified our job is to assess your fitness level, set up a program for you and keep you motivated. We will push you past your comfort level--something difficult to do on your own.


Sometimes the difference between you and your opponent can be personal training. These techniques are utilized in a variety of ways through personal training regimens which include plyometrics, band training, sport specific strength training, flexibility, speed development and agility training. We personalize training sessions to meet your individual goals.
