JAKE PENCE is a Certified Strength and Conditioning
Specialist through the National Strength Coach Association,
the largest and most respected organization worldwide.
There are around 20,000 Certified Strength and Conditioning
Specialists currently; many are commonly linked to Olympic,
professional, and collegiate athletes. Pence has trained
competitors on all levels, but more importantly, he has
trained thousands of young athletes trying to get the
edge over their competition. He has had a great deal of
success in helping athletes reach those goals by producing
strong, mentally tough competitors. Pence holds a Bachelor’s
Degree in Health and Physical Education with a Minor in
Wellness.
